Air Cooled Model Specifications
*1 When operating under the following conditions: ambient temperature: 32 ℃ (1500 model: 25 ℃); water temperature: 20 ℃. Cooling capacity is the combined power of the oscillator and optical circuit, and is at least 95% of the noted power.
*2 The optical system cooling water flow rate will be 0 to 10 L/min, and therefore the actual flow rate for the oscillator system delivered outside the product will be reduced by 0 to 10 L/min.
*3 The flow rate through the ion exchange resin will be 0 to 2 L/min, and therefore the flow rate for the optical system outside the product will be reduced by 0 to 2 L/min.
